Each listing shows specs, route, price per pallet, and progress toward the threshold so you can compare forming groups before you join.
Join and pay a deposit to reserve your pallets in the group.
Choose how many pallets you need. Deposits follow the published rate; joins may be reviewed by VOOOM admin when required.
Group sale completes when the pallet threshold is met.
If a group does not fill by the deadline, the failure policy on the listing applies (refunds or credits as stated).
Complete payment and your goods ship cross-border.
Pay the balance on the group timeline. Freight runs to the destination hub shown on the listing.
Collect your goods from the destination logistics hub.
Storage and grace rules are shown per group. Track status from your merchant dashboard after you join.
